We have some simple guidelines for joining Devil Called Love. Please follow these to make things enjoyable for yourself and other members.
You Must Be Over 18:
To be a member, you must be of legal age -- at least 18 years old. Please abide by your local laws.
Singles Only Please:
DCL is a singles' site. Pure and simple. If you're married and looking to have an affair we'd prefer you go somewhere else. Legally separated is OK.
Respect Other Members:
Please don't harass, threaten, abuse, or upset at other DCL members. Also, if a member asks you to stop contacting them, please respect their wishes and move on. They have the capacity to block you anyway so it's no use upsetting them. We want DCL to be a friendly and fun experience for everyone.

We don't conduct background checks. Therefore, as with any dating service, try to know as much about a person as you can before ever deciding to meet up. We have a simple messaging system on DCL so you can communicate as much and as often as you like with other members. Take your time getting to know people. Find out as much as you can about them before you even think about meeting up. Do your research (the Internet is a good place to start), trust your instincts and, most importantly, always have your first dates in a very public place where there are plenty of people around. We are hoping that DCL attracts genuine people looking for friends, companionship and love but you can never be too careful.
No Spamming and Scamming:
Please be absolutely clear about one thing. If you're here to try spamming and scamming people, please go away. We don't want you. They don't want you. You're a nuisance and annoying. If you send other members fake messages they have the ability to block you from contacting them again. So ultimately you're wasting your time anyway. As soon as we hear about you we then block your IP address so you can't access the site. We hope you've gotten your message.
Guidelines for Posting Your Profile:
It always pays to be sincere and honest. Please don't add fake profiles. It's annoying and it wastes other people's time. They have joined Devil Called Love to try and find someone special. Posting a fake profile only gives them false hope and ultimately leads to disappointment.To ensure that everyone here actually is committed to finding someone special, we ask that members do not post profiles for anyone but themselves. Use your profile to show people what an outstanding person you are. It will pay off in the end when you finally meet them in person. And please, only post one profile per person. You can revise it anytime as things change in your life.
